Job Description
- Be a crucial part of the development team as a technical lead, to lead the development, guide, and provide support to the team members during routine development.
- To work with our business partners to understand the business context and design and architect best-in-class solutions to their problems.
- To work with Cloud and SaaS products and be involved with peers in terms of working on innovative technologies, methods, and projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
- 5+ years of working experience in software development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Developer.
- Hands-on experience in React JS and React Native is a must.
- AWS Certifications would definitely be an added advantage.
- Experience in Java technologies and applications. (Spring Boot)
- Experience in Front-end Technologies – CSS3, JavaScript, HTML
- Experience in microservices, containers, and event-driven architectures AWS Lambda and RESTful services.
- NoSQL experience with MongoDB, DynamoDB, GraphQL
- Experience in JUnit/Selenium/Jenkins/Katalon, Jira, GitHub
- Experience in a DevOps, CI/CD environment and knowledge of Agile Delivery framework and TDD
- Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
